מצע של מפלגת משפט צדק בשנת 2026 נשארת זהה לשנת 2021
אשלים מה שחסר:

רצועת עזה - אנחנו בעד כיבוש רצועת עזה, השמדת אירגוני טרור תוך שמירה על האוכלוסיה הערבית האזרחית, הידוד הגירה של אוכוסיה ערבית, החלת ריבונות ישראלית, חידוש היתיישבות יהודית בגוש קטיף.


חרדים - אנחנו בעד שמירה על סטטוס קוו שהתגבש במשך עשרות שנים. פטור משירות צבאי ללומדי תורה, יחד עם אפשרות להתגייס בהתנדבות ליחידות שמתאימות לציבור החרדי. מספר המתגייסים יעלה בהדרגה לאורך השנים.


מערכת החינוך - אנחנו ערים לבעיות קשות במערכת החינוך הישראלית. אנחנו בעד שיפור באיכות החינוך תוך דגש על מקצועות מדוייקים וגם על זהות יהודית.

דת ומדינה - אנחנו בעד שמירה על סטטוס קוו, מעמדה של ההרבנות האורתודוקסית יישאר ללא שינוי ורק היא תוכל להכיר או לא להכיר בגיור ולערוך נישואין. אנחנו נגד תחבורה ציבורית בשבת, כל הגופים הממשלתיים חייבים בשמירת השבת. יחד עם זה, אנחנו בעד חופש מצפון ונגד כפייה דתית כלשהי בתחום הפרטי (חוץ מהדברים האמורים למעלה).

הנושא של יגאל עמיר הינו הנושא המרכזי והראשון למפלגת ''משפט צדק''. יחד עם זה אנחנו בעד צדק לכולם. בעינינו כל אזרח (וגם מי שלא אזרח) זכאי לדין צודק במערכת המשפטית.

ראש המפלגה היא ד"ר רננה לריסה עמיר (טרימבובלר).

## What the party answered, question by question

1. **Platform currency.** The 2026 platform is identical to the 2021 one.
2. **Gaza.** Conquest of the Gaza Strip, destruction of terror organisations
   while protecting the Arab civilian population, encouraging Arab emigration,
   applying Israeli sovereignty, renewing Jewish settlement in Gush Katif.
3. **Haredi enlistment.** Preserve the status quo. Exemption for Torah
   students, with voluntary enlistment into units suited to the Haredi public,
   and enlistment numbers rising gradually over the years.
4. **Education.** Serious problems acknowledged. Better quality, with emphasis
   on exact sciences and on Jewish identity.
5. **Religion and state.** Preserve the status quo. The Orthodox rabbinate's
   standing unchanged and solely competent over conversion and marriage.
   Against public transport on Shabbat; all government bodies to observe
   Shabbat. Alongside that, freedom of conscience and no religious coercion in
   the private sphere.
6. **The retrial.** The Yigal Amir issue is the party's central and first
   issue. Alongside it, justice for all: every citizen, and non-citizens too,
   is entitled to a just trial.
7. **The chairwoman's name.** Dr Renana Larisa Amir (Trimbobler).

Not answered: citizenship and nation, which was asked together with religion
and state. Only the religion half came back.
